- Supporting Emergency tickets (MSO) to ensure NW issues are fixed.
- Handling Complex Incidents/Long pending issue support
- Working knowledge of these NEMS (U2000, SOEM, SIAE VNMS, ENM, ENIQ, LSMR, SYNCGEM, NEC MS5000, TELLABS, etc.)
